2011 Catalina 355

This 2011 Catalina 355 is a 35-foot fiberglass sloop built for serious cruising. With a shallow 4'6" draft and an Intracoastal Waterway-compliant mast height, the boat opens up extended cruising grounds along the East Coast and beyond. A single 29-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine handles auxiliary power, and the 12-foot beam provides a comfortable working platform both underway and at anchor.

Recent upgrades reflect a comprehensive approach to year-round cruising comfort. New dodger, bimini, and full canvas enclosure with screens were added in 2025. Interior climate control comes from a Webasto heating and air-conditioning system installed in 2023. Electrical systems have been refreshed with new house batteries and bilge pumps, both completed in 2024. Solar panels support extended time away from shore power.

The sail plan includes a new North mainsail and genoa from 2022. A custom stern rail with integrated lifeline gates adds both function and finish. Tender options consist of a 2021 Highfield dinghy paired with a 2022 Tohatsu outboard, giving reliable access to anchorages and exploring shallow creeks.
