This 82-foot catamaran was purpose-built for day charter operations and carries VERITAS certification for 170 passengers plus up to 6 crew. Her composite hulls and aluminum superstructure were constructed to exacting standards at the H2X shipyard in La Ciotat, France. The epoxy construction features longitudinal stringers running the full length of each hull for rigidity and strength, while high bridge-deck clearance provides blue-water capability.
The layout centers on a large covered deck with space for a dance floor and seated dining for 120 guests. An outdoor galley and bar are equipped with sink, refrigeration, ice maker, and grill. The port hull contains a full restaurant kitchen with 1.5 cubic meters of cold storage, a 360 plate-per-hour dishwasher, and crew quarters for six with a dedicated navigation station. Guest bathrooms are positioned aft in each hull and accessed by stairways. The forward wheelhouse is enclosed in glass.
Twin Volvo 180-horsepower turbocharged diesel engines drive 30-inch Maxprop three-blade folding propellers, delivering a maximum speed of 10 knots and cruising speed of 8 knots. Two 17-kilowatt Kohler generators—one in each engine room—power the substantial onboard systems, including a nightclub-level audio-entertainment installation.
Since launching in 2011, the catamaran has operated in southern French waters and made a winter season crossing to Saint Martin, demonstrating proven ocean capability. She is equipped with three cabins and three heads.
