The 2011 Cruisers Yachts 420 Sports Coupe is a 42-foot fiberglass cruiser built for comfort and capability. Twin Volvo IPS 500 diesel engines with pod drives provide propulsion and joystick control, while a hydraulic platform (Freedom Lift) is integrated at the stern. The boat carries 300 gallons of fuel and 80 gallons of fresh water.
Interior accommodations sleep four and include multiple climate zones with four separate AC and heating units. The galley features a full sink and refrigerator, while entertainment systems include television and DVD players throughout—in both staterooms, the salon/kitchen, and the cockpit. A walk-through window in the sunroof adds natural light and ventilation to the main cabin area.
Power and convenience systems include a 9 kW generator, 450-watt solar panels, and six new 6-volt battery banks. A 50-amp electrical system supports the extensive onboard equipment. The boat is fitted with autopilot, an electric anchor, rear and engine room cameras for docking and monitoring, underwater lights, navigation lights, and a depth indicator. Additional amenities encompass a central vacuum, inverter, pre-start fan, automatic cable rewinder, bilge pump, cockpit speakers, and a grilling station.
