The 2011 Grady-White Canyon 366 is a 36.5-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull, powered by triple Yamaha 300 engines totaling 900 horsepower. The engines were installed in 2016 and have accumulated 1,600 hours of running time.

The Canyon 366 features a wide beam of just over 13 feet, a deep cockpit, and a premium helm station. The layout prioritizes both fishing capability and comfort, with space designed to accommodate family cruising as well as offshore angling.
