This 2011 Lagoon 400 is a 40-foot fiberglass catamaran built for extended cruising and comfortable living aboard. The hull has been maintained with an epoxy anti-osmosis layer and fresh antifouling applied in October 2023. She is powered by twin 80-horsepower Yammer diesel engines with folding bronze props and approximately 2,000 hours of service time; both engines have been fully serviced.
The layout includes three cabins and two heads, with a bright salon featuring newer air conditioning. A washing machine is installed for convenience. The rigging comprises a square-top mainsail, furling genoa, twin gennakers with bowsprit, and a new furling system; the mainsail has been re-rigged.
Power and water systems reflect recent upgrades: lithium batteries provide storage, complemented by four 470-watt solar panels and a complete Victron electrical system. Additional equipment includes a bow thruster, SeawaterPro watermaker, and diesel heating. The boat has been kept out of the water seasonally as part of its maintenance routine.
