This 2011 Leopard 44 is a fiberglass catamaran built by Robertson & Caine to a Morelli and Melvin design. At 42 feet 7 inches long with a 23-foot 10-inch beam, it has shallow 4-foot 2-inch draft suited to Caribbean waters. Twin Yanmar diesel engines of 35 horsepower each provide a cruising speed of 8 knots and maximum speed of 10 knots. Fuel capacity is approximately 185 gallons and fresh water capacity is 206 gallons.
The interior has been modified with a focus on open, flowing accommodations. The salon and galley were reconfigured into a custom bar and service station. The forward trampolines were replaced with a solid hard deck system. Guest seating throughout has been redesigned for circulation and social layout. The boat holds three cabins and three heads. Ventilation and the overall open-air design support operation in warm climates.
Systems and equipment include a Garmin chartplotter, Raymarine autopilot and instruments, Xantrex inverter, and dual refrigeration with freezer. The electrical system features upgraded 120-ampere alternators installed in 2025 and a lead carbon house battery bank also from 2025. A Rocna anchor setup with windlass and full commercial safety equipment are on board. An 11-foot 6-inch Caribe rigid-hulled inflatable tender with a 20-horsepower Yamaha engine is included.
The boat is reported in good overall condition with strong structural integrity. The hull is fiberglass, and it meets commercial regulatory standards for offshore operation in U.S. Virgin Islands waters.
