This 2011 Sea Ray 580 Sundancer is a 58-foot diesel motor yacht powered by twin MAN inboard engines. With only 840 hours on the engines, the boat has been meticulously maintained throughout its life. A comprehensive Raymarine Hybrid Touch electronics package was installed in August 2023, and the MAN 1,000-hour service was completed in February 2021. Fresh bottom paint was applied in September 2024, and helm seats were recovered that same summer. Heat exchangers were removed, inspected, and reinstalled in June 2023.
The yacht features two cabins and two heads. The interior showcases a dark cherry-gloss finish on all woodwork. The main salon includes electric window actuation and an LCD television. A forward stateroom is equipped with a DSS Rover satellite television receiver, complementing the main cabin's DSS satellite system. Conveniences include a washer and dryer, a hydraulic platform at the stern, and underwater lighting.
Standard Sea Ray equipment is augmented by numerous optional features. A stern thruster provides added maneuvering capability. The aft cockpit includes a high-gloss table, drop curtains, and seat covers. Shore power features an ISO boost transformer. New batteries were installed in May 2022. The boat has benefited from regular maintenance, including buffer and wax treatment three times annually.
