The 2012 Aspen C90 is a 28-foot fiberglass cruiser designed for comfortable coastal cruising and trailerable capability. Twin Cummins diesel engines—each producing 160 horsepower—deliver a cruising speed of 18 knots, while fuel capacity of 80 gallons supports extended range at lower speeds. An additional Suzuki 9.9-horsepower auxiliary engine, newly installed in 2025 with 30 hours of use, provides backup power and fishing capability.
The layout centers on practical cruising comfort. The cabin features a forward master with king berth, a separate enclosed head with shower, and a convertible dinette in the salon that seats four and transforms into a double berth. A quarter berth sits beneath the galley on the port side. The galley itself is outfitted with propane stove, oven, and refrigerator. The cockpit spans 5 feet by 9 feet and provides access to side decks via stairs on either side.
Deck features include a wide swim platform and transom door with gate for easy water access and boarding. Recent maintenance includes new bottom paint and zincs completed in December 2025, and new batteries installed in June 2025.
