2012 Beneteau Oceanis 45

This 2012 Beneteau Oceanis 45 is a cruising sailboat designed by Finot-Conq and Nauta Design, built with a fiberglass hull and powered by a 54 hp Yanmar diesel inboard engine. The boat features a generous cockpit, progressive chine hull for stability and performance, and excellent natural light throughout the interior—a practical platform for extended family voyaging.

The three-cabin layout includes two heads with electric toilets, convertible saloon seating, and a full galley with seawater pump. Climate control comprises reversible air conditioning and fuel heating. Onboard storage includes 530 liters of fresh water, 200 liters of fuel, and 80 liters of waste capacity. A complete suit of sails is carried: genoa on roller furler, full-batten mainsail, and gennaker with sock. Deck equipment includes two electric winches, power-assist for the headsail, and dual wheel helms.

Electronics are comprehensive: B&G autopilot, sounder, and speed log; full navigation suite with radar, VHF, GPS, and plotter; wind and direction indicators. Power systems feature 840 watts of solar panels, five domestic battery banks totaling 95 Ah (2025), and a 2024 engine battery. Engine and saildrive maintenance was performed in June 2025, along with a full hull haul-out including pressure wash, sanding, antifouling, and polish.

The boat includes a tender with 2.5 hp Honda motor, davits, teak deck and cockpit, and full cockpit cushions.
