The 2012 Fountain 38 CC Tournament Edition is a fiberglass sportfish powered by triple Mercury 400 Verados installed in 2020, with approximately 390 hours of engine time. The boat cruises at 44 mph at 3800 rpm and reaches 72 mph wide open throttle, delivering fuel consumption around 1.25 mpg. The design combines Fountain's characteristic dry ride and stability with performance-focused construction on a 38-foot hull with 10.5-foot beam.

Recent service work includes a 300-hour engine service with new water pumps completed. Electronics have been upgraded to a full Garmin suite featuring dual displays and radar, paired with a new autopilot system. A JL Audio premium sound system provides entertainment. The interior includes a console head compartment and garage-kept storage with summer lift coverage. The hull displays a Carolina Blue finish with white engines and a factory T-top with rocket launchers.

The boat comes with a triple-axle aluminum trailer that has been refurbished with new tires, wheels, and bunks. All systems and equipment are included and operational.
