2012 MacGregor 26M

This 2012 MacGregor 26M is a trailerable powersailer with a composite hull finished in blue. The boat combines sailing capability with outboard motorizing, powered by a single 70-horsepower Suzuki 4-stroke engine with 201 hours of service. At 26 feet in length and 7.5 feet in beam, it reaches speeds up to 20 knots and cruises comfortably at 15 knots. The daggerboard design and water ballast system allow shallow-water access and straightforward launching and retrieval without a conventional fixed keel.

The deck layout features a roller furling system, dodger, and MackStack lazy jack sail cover system for easy handling. Onboard amenities include a freshwater system with pump, upgraded stereo, side boarding ladder, and cockpit drink holders. Recent maintenance work encompasses bottom paint and professional hull compounding, polishing, and waxing applied in spring 2026. The hull-deck seam was resealed and waterproofed in winter 2026, and the engine received a full service including oil, filter, and fuel filter changes at the same time. A new engine power tilt was installed in 2025. Newer standing rigging and mast date to 2022, with a new jib featuring UV protection added in 2024. New batteries were installed in 2024. The bimini is also recent. The trailer was fully serviced with new carpet pads and fresh grease in spring 2026.
