2012 Prestige 440S

This 44-foot express cruiser is powered by twin 740 hp Volvo IPS pod drives with joystick control, enabling intuitive maneuvering in any direction. The fiberglass hull delivers a maximum speed of 31 knots and cruising efficiency around 21 knots, with fuel consumption of approximately one gallon per mile in the 18–26 knot range.

The yacht accommodates two cabins and two heads. An electric window connects the upper salon to the cockpit, allowing guests to move freely between spaces in fair weather. A glass door seals the upper salon when needed, which is equipped with a 16,000 BTU air conditioning and heating system to maintain comfort regardless of conditions.

Recent maintenance included a comprehensive 1000-hour service on both engines, during which all saltwater-contact components were removed, cleaned, pressure-tested, and reinstalled with new seals. Drive shafts and seals were also replaced. The yacht has approximately 640 operating hours per engine and is equipped with trim tabs for improved handling.

Owner-added systems include a KVH M3 satellite antenna, four flat-panel televisions, and a Glendenning electric power cord retrieval system.
