This 2012 Princess 40M is a tri-deck motor yacht built in the United Kingdom with naval architecture and exterior design by Olesinski Ltd. and interior design by Bannenberg & Rowell. The semi-displacement fiberglass hull and superstructure feature teak decks and measure 131.76 feet in length with a 13.12-foot beam, encompassing 395 gross tons.

The yacht accommodates 12 guests across five cabins: a primary suite with queen bed and en-suite, two double cabins with en-suites, and two twin cabins with en-suites. There are seven heads throughout the vessel, supporting the generous guest and crew configuration.

Twin MTU diesel engines producing 7,200 horsepower deliver a cruising speed of 13 knots and a maximum speed of 17 knots. On-board systems include stabilizers at anchor, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
