2012 Princess V72

This 2012 Princess V72 is a 73-foot motor yacht built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Caterpillar C32 ACERT diesel engines producing 1,723 hp each. The yacht reaches a maximum speed of 37 knots with a cruising speed of 31 knots, and runs on shaft drive with upgraded VIIM 5-blade propellers. At 1,175 engine hours, the twin power plants deliver strong performance suited to extended cruising. Bow and stern thrusters provide excellent maneuverability in close quarters.

The interior accommodates four cabins and four heads across a thoughtfully arranged layout. The master stateroom spans the full beam amidships with a queen island bed, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite with double vanity. A forward VIP cabin holds a double bed with dressing table and private bathroom. Two guest cabins follow—one with convertible twin berths that electronize to a double bed, plus a separate crew quarters aft with two electronic sliding berths and private head. Interior finishes feature satin-finish Rovere oak throughout. All cabins have individual air conditioning with adjustable temperature control, and a brand-new whole-boat water heating system was installed in 2024.

Deck and exterior amenities are comprehensive. An electronically operated hardtop covers the main entertaining deck and round table. The foredeck and aft areas provide large sunpads and sunbeds with dedicated awning. A hydraulic bathing platform rated to 750 kg, electro-hydraulic tender garage, and cockpit wetbar with new 2025 Miele BBQ grill and icemaker complete the outdoor spaces. A brand-new 120-liter-per-hour desalinator, full galley with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave, plus washing machine and dryer support extended cruising.

Navigation and communication systems include dual Raymarine chartplotters, Furuno radar and GPS, autopilot, AIS, and a 5G Wi-Fi system. A 27.5kW Onan generator powers the yacht, recently serviced. Recent work encompasses 2024 interior and exterior upholstery replacement, new hull antifouling, Propspeed coating on underwater metals, and new whole-boat water heating, along with 2025 generator service and fresh galley equipment.
