The Royal 45 is a 45.72-metre motor-sail yacht built by Royal Craft in Istanbul with a steel hull and superstructure, teak decks, and RINA classification. Designed by naval architect Alparslan Tekogul with interiors by award-winning designer Dara Kirmizitoprak, the yacht combines modern luxury with Mediterranean aesthetics and features art installations throughout. Two Volvo engines deliver 1,302 horsepower total, with a cruising speed of 11 knots and a maximum speed of 13 knots. A comprehensive sail plan includes main, mizzen, genoa, staysail, and light genoa sails totalling 1,030 square metres, complemented by retractable awnings and in-boom tender crane.
The accommodation includes four guest staterooms—an owner's suite, VIP cabin, and two twin cabins—plus three crew doubles with dedicated crew galley and lounge. All cabins are fully insulated and structurally decoupled to minimize noise and vibration, fitted with Hästens mattresses. Headroom reaches 223 centimetres in cabins and 210 centimetres on the main deck. A Schiffini galley with Gaggenau appliances, Miele laundry equipment, oversized temperature-controlled cold storage, and ice makers serve both guests and crew.
Systems throughout are comprehensive: a Condoria chiller provides 240,000 BTU air conditioning, dual watermakers produce 360 litres per hour, and a Selmar Blue Sea sewage system handles 3,500 litres daily. Navigation and communications—all upgraded in 2025—include Furuno systems, Simrad autopilot and compass, dual helms on the main bridge and flybridge, and VSAT internet with six WiFi access points. Crestron automation controls lighting, blinds, and entertainment throughout, while an ABB illumination system and Marantz and Focal audio systems enhance comfort.
A beach club with hydraulic swim platform, 750-kilogram crane, and Bauer diving compressor sits at the transom, supported by a Zodiac Pro 650 tender with 115-horsepower Mercury outboard. The yacht completed a comprehensive refit in May 2025 including full repaint, with all navigation systems newly installed. Safety equipment includes liferafts, immersion suits, fire suppression systems, emergency breathing apparatus, and CCTV security. The yacht achieves approximately 110 litres per hour fuel consumption and offers a 1,500-nautical-mile range.
