The 2012 Sea Ray 500 Sundancer is a 50-foot diesel-powered motor yacht built on a fiberglass hull. Power comes from twin Cummins 550 QSC Zeus engines with 335 hours of operation; the pods were replaced in December 2023 under warranty coverage through March 2027. Navigation and control systems include Raymarine dual displays, open array radar, and VHF radio, plus Precision autopilot and joystick docking capability. Additional electronics feature yacht controller, vessel view display, and KVH satellite television.
The accommodations and social spaces are well equipped for entertaining and extended cruising. The cockpit includes dual sunroofs, a wet bar with refrigeration, air conditioning and heating, and a television. Two bow sun pads provide forward relaxation space. Below deck are three cabin televisions and a washer-dryer combination unit. The teak cockpit table is high-gloss finished, and teak flooring extends across the upper cockpit. A central vacuum system and vacu-flush head with holding tank and overboard discharge are installed throughout.
Additional features include dual rod holders for fishing, a spotlight, and a custom audio system. The hydraulic swim platform is present but not currently operational.
