This 2012 Wally 107 Racer-Cruiser was built by Wally Yachts & Green Marine to a design by Judel-Vrolijk & Co. Extended by 7 feet from the original hull, the yacht measures 106.79 feet in length with a 23.62-foot beam. Its composite construction uses advanced pre-preg carbon composites for a lightweight yet strong hull, paired with a high-modulus carbon mast by Southern Spar and Future Fibres EC6 rigging. The extensive sail plan—640 square meters upwind and 1,500 square meters downwind—is supported by Carbolink rigging (forestay replaced in 2023) and an inventory of Doyle and North Sails that was largely renewed in 2023.

Performance-oriented systems define the yacht's operation. A comprehensive hydraulic setup includes furlers for the J2 and J3 sails, Harken winches, and other precision equipment designed for high-speed handling and maneuverability. The single Diemmax diesel engine provides auxiliary power, with cruising speeds around 7 knots and maximum speeds approaching 9 knots under power alone.
