2013 Beneteau Oceanis 45

This 2013 Beneteau Oceanis 45 is a well-established cruising sailboat built around a stable, efficient hull designed by Finot Conq. The yacht features a spacious twin-helm cockpit with excellent visibility and a large swim platform. Below deck, the bright interior combines a comfortable saloon, functional galley, and three cabins with two heads, with abundant natural light and ventilation throughout.

The boat is powered by a single Yanmar diesel engine delivering 54 horsepower, with a cruising speed of 8 knots and maximum speed of 8.8 knots. A bow thruster provides additional maneuvering capability. Navigation systems include three B&G Zeus 3 stations with extensive Bahamas and Exumas waypoint and anchorage databases. Electronics encompass B&G autopilot, upgraded AIS, VHF radios, and a JBL sound system with Bluetooth and B&G integration.

Recent work includes replacement of all three air conditioning units (2025), with the aft unit upgraded to a platinum condenser model. The Yanmar transmission was rebuilt and engine mounts replaced (2025). Running rigging was upgraded to Harken aluminum blocks (2025), with the mainsail roller furling replaced with a more robust design (2022). Both heads received new Jabsco E2 electric macerators (2025). Standing rigging was inspected and tuned, with the forward stay replaced (2024). The rudder bearings were removed, inspected, and replaced (2024). New mainsail and modified 105% genoa were installed (2023). Four new domestic batteries were fitted (2025). The hull receives regular haul-outs every two years with full bottom paint service, and the saildrive receives bearing and seals service on the same schedule.

The boat includes twin docking lines, an emergency Danforth anchor with unused chain and rode, and spare parts for engine and genset.
