2013 Contender 35

This 35-foot Contender center console is built on a hand-laid omnidirectional fiberglass hull, engineered for durability and offshore fishing performance. Three Yamaha 300 HP engines deliver 900 total horsepower, pushing the boat to a top speed of 55 knots with a cruising speed of 35 knots.

The boat is outfitted comprehensively for serious fishing and navigation. The cockpit features a self-bailing design, non-skid sole and deck, and heavy-duty rubrail. A full transom with transom door and dive platform provide easy water access, while underwater lights enhance night operation. Six rod holders—four mounted to the T-top and two at the transom—accommodate multiple anglers. Storage includes a 208-gallon forward fishbox, a 110-gallon forward fishbox with dry storage, and two 115-gallon aft fishboxes port and starboard. Two 40-gallon transom livewells with stainless steel pump boxes and 1,500 GPH pumps support live bait management. Fresh water capacity is 30 gallons.

Electronics are thorough and current. Twin Garmin GPSmap 7612 units, a Garmin xHD Radar, and a Garmin Autopilot support navigation and safety. A Standard Horizon Quantum GX 5500S VHF provides communications, while a Fusion Bluetooth stereo and Garmin Sirius receiver round out onboard entertainment. Yamaha electronic gauges monitor engine parameters.

The engines received a 300-hour service that included water pump replacements. The boat has been stored in a drystack under cover, protecting it from weather exposure.
