2013 Custom 46 Dennis Schreibert Schooner

This 46-foot steel schooner was designed by George Sutton and built by Dennis Schreibert, completed in 2013. Her custom schooner hull combines traditional elegance with practical modern cruising capability. The sail plan is arranged for manageable handling from a large center cockpit, with the cockpit and aft areas fully enclosed to provide shelter and visibility underway.

Below deck, the layout features a spacious salon with custom woodwork throughout. Two staterooms are positioned forward and aft, while the galley sits to starboard aft of the salon. The head is located to port aft of the salon and provides access to a walk-in machinery room. A single 120-horsepower Westerbeke diesel engine powers the yacht, delivering a cruising speed of 6 knots and a maximum speed of 8 knots.

The boat was built for extended offshore cruising and has been sailed extensively in various weather and sea conditions. She has undergone upgrades and professional maintenance under previous ownership. The hull material is steel, suited to the demands of blue-water sailing.
