The 2013 Cutwater C-28 is a compact cruising yacht with a fiberglass hull and single Volvo diesel engine producing 260 hp, delivering a maximum speed of 21 knots. The boat features Cutwater's advanced hull design paired with standard bow and stern thrusters, making it highly maneuverable and fuel-efficient for extended cruising. The trailerable design allows access to distant waterways, and the boat rides on a self-bailing cockpit with custom transom platform and integral boarding ladder.
The cockpit spans nearly 16 square feet of additional deck area and seats four comfortably with reversible transom seating and fold-out side seats. A bimini cover provides sun and rain protection. Built-in cabinets store refreshments and gear, and the deck includes a sink and shower wand. Access to the cabin is through a solid transom door or side deck boarding.
Below, the main saloon features a port-side galley with a two-burner propane stove and oven, small sink with hot and cold pressurized water, and a starboard dinette that seats four and converts to a bed. Additional sleeping quarters sit beneath the dinette. The forward stateroom contains a convertible V-berth with a television and private head with shower, complemented by a mini-galley, creating a separate retreat space.
The helm station houses chartplotter and radar, thrusters with remotes, autopilot, and engine controls. A generous main sleeping cabin provides comfortable accommodations with overhead and reading lights, dual opening hatches, four opening ports, and an integrated sink and microwave. A recently installed generator is included.
