A 2013 Explorer Motor Yachts 43 Sedan built for extended cruising in challenging conditions. The fiberglass hull spans 44'6" with a 13-foot beam and shallow draft, providing stability and the ability to reach protected anchorages. Twin Yanmar diesel engines deliver 400 horsepower combined, enabling economical 9-knot cruising or 14-knot sprint speeds when needed. The boat carries dual bow thrusters for confident maneuvering, and ground tackle includes a Maxwell windlass with 90 meters of chain and a stainless steel anchor.

The flybridge offers commanding sightlines and shaded seating, while the saloon below features warm timber joinery and 2-meter headroom throughout. Large windows flood the space with natural light. The galley is fully equipped with a 110-liter refrigerator, oven, microwave, and a twin-burner electric cooktop installed in 2023. Two cabins provide sleeping quarters—a queen in the master and twins in the guest—plus a convertible saloon berth. The single head includes an electric toilet and full shower, with year-round climate control from a 24,000 BTU reverse-cycle air-conditioner.

Navigation systems comprise a Raymarine HybridTouch plotter with dual flybridge displays, autopilot, radar, AIS, and depth and GPS chartplotting. An 11-kilowatt diesel generator and dual battery chargers support extended time away from shore, alongside house and start batteries. Power runs from 240-volt shore connections. Twin Mastervolt chargers manage electrical systems for offshore operation.

The tender setup includes a 280-liter inflatable with a 4-horsepower Yamaha outboard, hoisted by a flybridge-mounted crane. The twin Yanmar engines were serviced in February 2025, logged at approximately 3,400 and 3,460 running hours.
