The 2013 Fountaine Pajot Sanya 57 is a fiberglass catamaran built for extended cruising and comfortable living. Powered by twin Yanmar diesel engines rated at 220 horsepower, the yacht combines practical performance with the stability and interior volume characteristic of the catamaran design. The hull spans 57 feet in length with a 29-foot beam, providing ample space for both living and entertaining across a wide deck plan.
The interior is organized across six cabins and six heads, accommodating groups of varying sizes. The saloon features a sofa and coffee table with integrated lighting, while the galley is fitted with a full-size refrigerator, freezer, gas stove and oven, two stainless steel sinks, and pressurized hot and cold water. Six cabins contain queen-size berths with storage beneath, bedside furniture, hanging lockers, and porthole ventilation. Each head includes an electric marine toilet, washbasin with hot and cold water, separate shower, and automatic grey water drainage.
On deck, the layout centers on a large aft sunbed and teak cockpit table seating ten to twelve, with additional bench seating and lockers. An exterior galley houses a sink with hot and cold water and an icemaker. The rigging includes anodized aluminum mast and boom, full standing rigging, three reef lines, lazy-jacks, and jammers throughout. Both mainsail and genoa are in place—the main at approximately 1,055 square feet and the genoa at 560 square feet. The yacht is equipped with swim platforms and underway, running, and anchorage lights.
Recent upgrades include two new Yanmar engines, lithium batteries, generator improvements, eight air conditioning units, solar panels, a new mainsail, captain's canopy, lifelines, and trampolines.
