This 2013 Howard 28 SCS is a closed-bow catamaran with a purpose-built performance engine: a 572BBC EFI producing 1100 horsepower, equipped with a Quad Rotor Whipple supercharger and assembled by SoCal Speed and Marine. The boat has logged just 75 hours. Power delivery runs through an Imco SCX drive and a 5-blade Mercury Racing 30-pitch propeller, managed by dual ram hydraulic steering with an Imco billet helm.
The boat carries comprehensive instrumentation and controls including Livorsi Monster gauges, a mechanical trim indicator, an Isotta Carlotta steering wheel, and keyless ignition with touch pad. Audio and electrical systems feature new JL Audio amplifiers and speakers installed this year, along with an onboard charger, four batteries with Perko switch, and a Honda generator. Underwater LED lighting is installed, and LED accent lighting runs throughout the cabin and cockpit.
Outdoor amenities include a swim step with boarding ladder, hidden Bimini top, and cockpit cover. Other systems include a sea strainer with offshore pickup, CMI Big Tube headers, an Imco extension box, and a mechanical setup built for reliability and performance.
The boat comes with a triple-axle Bear Motorsports trailer equipped with 20-foot wheels, boarding ladder, and LED lighting. A full custom boat cover is included.
