2013 Nautor Swan 53

This 2013 Nautor Swan 53 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built for both racing and cruising. The boat measures 53 feet in length with a 15.5-foot beam and is powered by a Yanmar 4JH4-HTE diesel engine with 970 hours of operation. The engine alternator and turbo were both replaced in 2024. A Fischer Panda 8 kw genset provides auxiliary power, complemented by 230V and 115V inverters. A retractable bow thruster aids in maneuvering.

The yacht accommodates four cabins and two heads, arranged to support extended cruising or racing operations. Navigation and sailing electronics include Furuno radar, B&G H3000 sailing instruments, autopilot, SAT phone, VHF, and AIS. The rigging system features carbon fiber mast and boom from Offshore Spars, a carbon fiber spinnaker pole, and standing rod rigging with NAV TEC boom vang and backstay. Sails include 3di North Sails main, genoa, and jib, plus a North Sails spinnaker. Twin carbon fiber steering wheels provide redundancy and control.

Deck equipment comprises four electric Harken winches across primary, secondary, and cabin top positions, plus a Lewmar anchor windlass. Below deck, the boat carries a Spectra water maker, Webasco air conditioning, a Force 10 gimbal gas stove and oven, and three Isotherm refrigeration units covering fresh food, compact, and freezer storage. A Fusion stereo rounds out the interior.

Safety equipment includes a serviced Viking 6-person life raft and a portable passerelle. The yacht is ready for immediate passage-making or competitive sailing.
