This 2013 Passport 470 is hull number 46 of the 47 built, representing a late-model example of this classic cruising design. The boat features a custom shoal draft with keel bulb option—one of only two built this way—and carries an ICW-capable mast. At 47 feet with a 14-foot beam, it combines capable offshore performance with comfortable cruising proportions.
The interior offers two centerline queen island berths with en-suite heads and maintains an open, airy layout throughout. Accommodations prioritize both comfort and function, with thoughtful ergonomics reflected in the design and finish.
Since 2017, the boat has undergone substantial upgrades and maintenance. The engine and generator have received full service including oil, filters, belts, impellers, and related components. All rigging has been professionally inspected, with halyards upgraded to Dyneema low-stretch line and running backstays replaced. The main sheet and prop have been rebuilt with new rubber stops. Sails were professionally inspected with recommended repairs completed. Deck systems include an anchor windlass with remote control and chain counter, a prop line cutter, and ceramic heat-tinting film applied to all windows, portholes, and hatches. The boat carries a Winslow six-man life raft and an AB Aluminum Bottom inflatable dinghy. Navigation electronics include updated Navionics charts on a Raymarine plotter, while a Fusion radio system with speakers provides communication and entertainment. Additional equipment comprises a high-water bilge alarm, three 175-watt solar panels for 525 watts total generation, a Lewmar folding wheel, custom cockpit cushions, bimini canvas, and isinglass for the dodger.
