2013 Sea Ray 280 Sundeck

The 2013 Sea Ray 280 Sundeck is a 28-foot fiberglass deck boat built for entertaining and cruising. Power comes from a single MercCruiser 8.2-liter V8 engine producing 370 horsepower, paired with a Bravo 3 stern drive and equipped with power trim and tilt. The helm features power-assisted steering and a visor to reduce glare. With 340 hours on the engine, the manifolds and elbows were completed in October 2022.

The layout centers on flexible seating and social space. The L-shaped sun lounge converts into four different configurations, while the helm and companion seats have flip-up bolsters for comfort. Port and starboard bow seating with armrests provides additional capacity. A refreshment center sits to port, and cockpit tables add function. The swim platform includes teak inserts for secure footing, with forward and aft boarding ladders for easy water access.

This boat carries an enclosed head compartment on the port side with manual plumbing. Navigation and entertainment are well covered: a Garmin GPS plotter with depth finder and radar mounted on the removable forward sport spoiler, a Sony marine stereo, and a Raymarine VHF radio. Forward and aft bimini tops provide sun protection. The adjustable transom seating opens up additional configurations for varying uses. Trim tabs aid handling, and docking lights are fitted throughout. The 12-volt electrical system runs on two batteries with a switch and tray.
