The 2013 Zeelander Z44 is a 44-foot sports cruiser defined by distinctive curved hull lines and classic proportions that set it apart visually on the water. Built from composite materials, the design incorporates compound-curved windows and custom stainless steel railings that follow the boat's sweeping geometry. The superstructure required 42 individual molds to achieve its refined detailing across the aft wall, trim, and panels.

Power comes from twin Volvo diesel engines delivering 869 horsepower. The Z44 cruises at 25 knots and reaches 34 knots at full speed—deliberately moderated from higher-performance alternatives to prioritize comfort and reduce slamming in open water. Double chines help deflect waves and keep the decks dry. The helm benefits from joystick control and trim tabs for responsive handling and easy docking.

Accommodations include two cabins and one head. The wheelhouse centers on panoramic 360-degree visibility from raised seating areas, while an oversized sunroof opens the space for entertaining. Large sunbathing areas forward complement the social layout, and a dynamic positioning system allows anchoring in favorite locations.

The boat underwent a 2024 refit, ensuring the systems and finishes are current.
