The 2014 Hanse 575 is a 56-foot performance cruising yacht built for offshore passages and extended voyages. Composite construction, a T-shaped iron keel drawing 2.85 meters, and a Volvo Penta 150 hp diesel engine with folding propeller deliver capable seagoing performance. The modern deck layout features teak throughout, a protected cockpit with Bimini top and sprayhood, and a hydraulically extendable bathing platform with swim ladder. Four electric Harken winches and dual bow and stern thrusters enable confident handling with a small crew.
Below deck, the interior spans four cabins and three heads. The owner's suite occupies the bow with a private ensuite and oversized shower. Two aft cabins share a second bathroom. The bright saloon seats six and can convert to additional berths if needed. High-quality materials and careful design balance elegance with practical living. The fully equipped galley includes a double refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, integrated washing machine and dryer, and a gas stove with microwave. A 32,000 BTU air-conditioning system, 6 kW Fischer Panda generator, and 220V inverter provide full comfort in any setting. Fresh water capacity stands at 810 liters; fuel at 540 liters.
Sail performance rests on a premium North Sails 3D setup: 88.9 square meter mainsail with electric furler on a carbon boom, 106 percent genoa with electric furling, Code Zero, and gennaker. Dyneema halyards, hydraulic backstay tensioner, and full battens support efficient trimming in all conditions. Navigation systems include dual B&G Zeus 8 plotters at each helm, AIS Class B, 3G radar, autopilot with gyro compass, and sonar. A seawater watermaker produces 80 liters per hour; 600 Ah lithium batteries store power. The yacht carries a 6-person liferaft and advanced lightning protection throughout.
The yacht underwent comprehensive maintenance and upgrades during a four-month haul-out in 2024 and 2025: all seacocks replaced with bronze; both thrusters fully serviced with new seal kits, motors, and stainless connections; underwater lighting upgraded to low-profile Lumishore units; engine shaft fabricated new; rudder serviced with new gaiter seal; bottom stripped to gelcoat and re-coated with Coppercoat. The generator was completely rebuilt, the engine serviced, and the air-conditioning system overhauled with spare pump aboard. New 3Di mainsail, rigging components, and standing hardware were fitted. Electronics, tender systems, and interior fixtures including galley, hatches, and the Bimini were refreshed or renewed. The yacht is equipped with a Williams 285 jet tender in the stern garage.
