2014 Ocean Sport 27' Legacy

The 2014 Ocean Sport 27' Legacy is a fiberglass sportfish designed for saltwater fishing. Twin Yamaha outboard engines delivering 400 horsepower total provide the power, with a Yamaha 9.9 kicker motor also aboard. The hull features structural lamination with vinyl ester skin coat and full-length composite stringers for durability. Equipment includes triple Garmin GPSMAP displays, Garmin radar, autopilot, and VHF radio, along with trim tabs, a 500-watt electric windlass with foot controls, and anchor roller assembly.

The boat sleeps two in a forward berth and includes a fully enclosed head with shower featuring hot and cold water and a macerating electric toilet. The galley has a solid surface counter, stainless steel sink and faucet, and an AC/DC refrigerator. A 6-gallon water heater supports the shower and washdown systems. Fresh and black water are monitored, and a 20-gallon bait tank feeds the 240-gallon fish hold with its own pump switched from the aft helm station.

The cockpit is well equipped for serious fishing, with 14 rod holders on the hardtop, eight stainless steel rod mounts, two composite mounts, one pot puller mount, and four Scotty downrigger outlets. A tackle box is built into the port forward corner. The hardtop extends into the cockpit with a molded radar arch and molded non-skid decking throughout working areas. Stainless steel hardware includes seven heavy-duty cleats, heavy-duty rub rail, and bow eye. The boat is equipped with 30-amp shore power, a 12VDC circuit breaker panel, and multiple overhead and courtesy lights throughout.
