2014 Princess V48

The 2014 Princess V48 is a 50-foot fiberglass cruiser built for both comfort and performance. Twin Volvo IPS 600 diesel engines deliver 870 horsepower through pod drives, paired with electronic joystick control for intuitive maneuvering. The hull is finished in blue with satin walnut joinery, and the cockpit features air conditioning.

The layout centers on two cabins and two heads. The owner's suite spans the aft section with a double berth, panoramic windows, and an ensuite bathroom. Forward is a guest cabin with double berth and separate head. The saloon features a U-shaped settee and dining table with skylight and opening portholes. The cockpit is self-draining with a U-shaped seating arrangement, teak table, wet bar with refrigerated ice box, and an electrically operated swim platform with integrated ladder. An enclosed tender garage accommodates dinghies up to 3.25 meters.

Deck equipment includes a 20-kilogram Delta anchor with 40 meters of chain on automatic stowage, bow roller with automatic launch and retrieval, electric winch with remote controls, and a full suite of navigation lights. The galley has a three-zone ceramic cooktop, combined microwave and convection oven with grill, full-height fridge-freezer, and stainless steel sink. Power comes from dual battery banks—four engine start and four auxiliary—with a 40-amp floating charger and remote battery master switches. Active corrosion protection and engine room ventilation are fitted throughout.
