This 2014 Scarborough 60 Sportfish represents the first generation of Ricky Scarborough's modernized design, developed with naval architect Steve French. Built from composite, the boat measures 60 feet with a 16-foot 5-inch beam and is powered by twin Caterpillar C-18 diesel engines producing 2,300 horsepower total. The hull embodies Carolina Custom boatbuilding tradition while incorporating contemporary engineering.

The yacht delivers 30-knot cruising speed on approximately 74 gallons per hour fuel consumption, with a maximum speed of 38 knots. This configuration makes for an efficient offshore fishing platform suited to extended operations. The boat is equipped with Omni sonar and upgraded electronics for navigation and fish-finding capability.
