The 2014 Tiara 4500 Sovran is a 45-foot fiberglass motor yacht built on Tiara's heritage of American construction and seakeeping. Twin Volvo IPS 600 diesel engines with joystick control deliver 435 horsepower each, offering precise maneuvering and stable cruising performance. Recent service history includes turbocharger replacement, propeller servicing, and engine maintenance completed in early 2024, with 950 hours on the engines.
The upper cockpit centers on an extra-large tilt-away helm with double-wide seat, paired with a wet bar featuring sink and refrigerator. A large sliding sunroof and integrated windshield maximize airflow and visibility. Below, the lower cockpit provides facing lounges, a jump seat, and an 8-square-foot removable table that converts to a sun pad. The foredeck includes a sun lounge with reclining backrests and an automatic anchor windlass system.
The interior layout features a roomy salon with L-shaped dinette, galley with Corian countertops and full appliances including a two-burner electric cooktop and convection microwave, and a spacious forward master stateroom with private head and pedestal berth. An aft guest stateroom offers twin berths and a separate guest head. Skylights bring natural light throughout, and a whisper-wall headliner system reduces cabin noise.
The yacht carries five air conditioning units, with three replaced in October 2024. Additional systems include Fusion radio with premium speakers, autopilot, radar, and a Cummins 11.5 generator serviced in January 2024. Bottom paint was refreshed in July 2024.
