The 2015 Bavaria Cruiser 37 is a proven cruising design built with hand-laid fiberglass construction and quality details throughout. The hull features biaxial mat with Airex coring above the waterline, a Kevlar bow section, and an epoxied bottom. The 37-foot yacht carries a 40-gallon fuel tank and 95 gallons of fresh water, with a Volvo Penta diesel engine rated at 28 horsepower and only 202 hours of operation. The deck-stepped Seldon mast supports a full-battened mainsail with lazyjacks and a newer jib on a Furlex furler, rigged with a quick electric windlass and anchor roller.
The interior arranges two cabins and one head across a bright, well-ventilated layout. The saloon features a large chart table to port and a dining settee that seats six, with abundant natural light from windows and opening hatches. The forward master cabin includes an opening hatch and two hanging lockers, while the aft guest cabin sits to starboard with its own hanging locker. The head provides a shower and gravity-drain holding tank for straightforward maintenance.
The cockpit centers on twin leather-covered helm wheels and opens to a large swim platform on gas struts. A custom dodger, connector, and bimini were added in 2018. The teak-covered cockpit benches, floor, and swim platform offer comfortable outdoor space, with additional storage in oversized lazarettes. A Garmin electronics suite includes chartplotter, autopilot, wind sensor, and VHF with AIS. The galley runs along the starboard side with a propane stove, double sink, and ample storage.
Recent maintenance includes a spring 2025 haul-out with fresh antifouling, zinc replacement, and engine oil service. A Highfield aluminum tender with a Yamaha 9.9 outboard (new in 2014) and a propane BBQ are included.
