The 2015 Beneteau Oceanis 45 is a balanced cruising sailboat built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a 54 hp Yanmar diesel engine. Measuring 45 feet in length with a 14.75-foot beam, she combines seaworthiness with thoughtful design for extended family cruising. Her cockpit is notably spacious, featuring an arch with dodger and full canvas cover, cockpit cushions, an electrically controlled swimming platform, and a refrigerator. The mainsheet is rigged to the arch, enabling safe sail handling from the helm. Four electric winches support efficient sail management.
Below deck, the yacht sleeps six across three cabins and includes two heads. The main salon is an open, versatile living space with finishes and upholstery maintained in excellent condition. Navigation and systems are comprehensive: dual Orca tablets with a dedicated hub interface, full B&G electronics including autopilot and radar, PredictWind data logging, and wiring prepared for Starlink connectivity. An extensive safety inventory includes an EPIRB, a serviced six-person life raft, multiple life jackets, and four ACR MOB AIS transmitters.
The sails are relatively new, consisting of North Sails purchased for the 2022 season with low hours on the water. Additional equipment aboard includes a gas grill, cruising code zero with full rigging, folding winch handles, and extra navigation components. The house battery bank was replaced in April 2026. The four electric winches were rebuilt during winter 2025–2026, though the port electric winch requires attention to its center pin retraction mechanism. A range of spare parts and optional upgrades remain aboard, including uninstalled bilge pump systems and boom lock rigging.
