The Capelli Tempest 44 is a 13-metre Italian-built rigid inflatable designed for coastal cruising and high-speed performance. Her deep-V fibreglass hull is powered by three Suzuki DF300 APX outboards producing 900 horsepower combined, enabling a top speed exceeding 45 knots and a cruising speed of 32 knots. This combination of power and hull design delivers the capability to cover significant distances in comfort while maintaining the responsiveness expected from a performance RIB.
Below deck, the yacht provides a cabin with heads and hot water system—genuine accommodation rarely found in a rigid inflatable of this size. Topside, the layout includes a hardtop, joystick control for precision handling, cockpit cushions, a table, and an on-deck shower, creating a practical and comfortable space for extended passages or leisurely anchorages.
Delivered new in June 2015, this example has been consistently maintained throughout her service life. All three engines have undergone full major servicing at an authorised Suzuki dealer, with engine hours at 235, 248, and 238 respectively. Two new batteries have been installed, and the Dometic generator has been freshly serviced with minimal running time. The yacht has spent limited time in the water and is currently stored on a lift.
