2015 Coastal Craft 45

The 2015 Coastal Craft 45 is an aluminum express cruiser built to ABYC standards with twin Volvo diesel engines producing 870 horsepower. She cruises at 25 knots and is designed for extended offshore passages, with a documented range of 1,500 nautical miles. The aluminum hull carries a protective epoxy barrier coat system applied in 2025, combining durability with minimal maintenance demands.

Below deck, the yacht accommodates six guests across two cabins and includes two heads. The salon features cherry woodwork with elegant furnishings, while a galley-up arrangement and separate staterooms provide comfort for extended voyages. The boat supports ten people in her entertainment spaces.

The systems package reflects a comprehensive approach to self-sufficiency. A 900-amp-hour Victron lithium battery bank, 480-watt solar array, generator, water maker, and Starlink satellite internet enable extended cruising independent of shore infrastructure. Twin Dometic reverse-cycle air conditioning units provide climate control. The Volvo Dynamic Positioning System, upgraded in 2023, enhances station-keeping capability.

Recent work includes full hull refit with epoxy and antifouling paint, replacement of turbochargers, sea water pumps, alternators, and engine start batteries, a complete Lexan flybridge windscreen, new solar panels, and interior updates including reupholstered salon cushions and a fresh entertainment system. An AB 10-foot inflatable tender with 2024 build and custom davit crane round out the equipment package.
