2015 Contender 2015

This 28-foot Contender center console is built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Yamaha F-250 engines rated at 500 horsepower combined. The engines have approximately 1,050 hours on them and received full 1,000-hour service maintenance in early June.

A comprehensive overhaul was completed in early June that included fresh bottom paint, wax application, new Seadeck flooring, and replacement of the freshwater pump, saltwater pump, and macerator. Navigation electronics were upgraded with two new Garmin 8612xsv units. Audio upgrades include a JL amplifier and speakers with a Fusion head unit. Lighting was enhanced with new Lumitec spreader lights and Lumitec Seablaze X underwater lights.

All systems are operational and functioning as intended. A triple-axle trailer is available with the boat.
