2015 Lagoon 450 F

This 2015 Lagoon 450 F is a fiberglass catamaran measuring 45 feet long with a 26-foot beam. She is powered by two Yanmar 4JH57 diesel engines and cruises at 7 knots. The boat has been actively maintained and has received substantial upgrades and service work over recent years, including a complete haul-out and out-of-water service in November 2024 with new antifoul and sail drive servicing, new 200-foot anchor chain in February 2025, and a new B&G Zeus3 12-inch chartplotter installed in November 2024.

The layout centers on four cabins and four heads, with two spacious guest cabins in each hull, each featuring a double berth, head, and separate shower. The saloon sits amidships with a U-shaped galley that offers substantial counter space, integrated storage with self-latching drawers, and thoughtful design touches. Three separate refrigeration units—two in the saloon and one in the cockpit—support extended cruising. All cabins and the saloon have independent air-conditioning controls powered by shore power or the onboard 13.5 kW Cummins Onan generator. Flooring was renewed throughout in June 2024, with saloon areas fitted in Lifeproof vinyl plank and cabin areas restored with factory Lagoon floorboards. Interior cushions were recovered in May 2022, and exterior cushions were remade with Sileather in April 2022.

The cockpit features a hard-top bimini with integrated lighting and solar integration, providing sheltered outdoor entertaining space. The flybridge helm station sits high with 360-degree visibility and a six-seat bench. Forward, a U-shaped seating area and trampoline extend the outdoor living space. Control lines and Harken winches—including an electric main halyard winch—manage the sails efficiently. The mainsail was replaced in 2021. Four 100-watt flexible solar panels, a 2500-watt built-in inverter, electric windlass, and full B&G navigation suite support self-sufficient operation. Propulsion is supported by an electric three-burner stove, electric heads, and a Limin 360 dinghy with Yamaha 15 HP outboard.
