2015 Leopard 44

This 2015 Leopard 44 catamaran is a four-cabin cruiser built on a fiberglass hull with a 44-foot length and nearly 24-foot beam. Twin Yanmar diesel engines power the boat, paired with sail drive systems. The yacht was owned by a single operator from new and saw charter use for three years before being maintained as a private cruising boat. Recent work includes a new Northern Lights generator with just 22 hours of operation, a complete bottom job, and two new Mermaid air conditioning units.

The layout provides four cabins with three heads, plus a fourth head converted to additional storage. The master stateroom features a custom mattress. The galley includes an Eno three-burner stove with separate oven, Magic Chef microwave, and a Vitrifrigo refrigerator and freezer combination. The interior cabin spaces are in good condition with clean engine compartments.

Sailing hardware consists of a main sail with twin battens and a 135 percent genoa fitted with a ProFurl roller furler, backed by self-tailing Lewmar winches in various sizes and Spinlock line clutches. A Quick windlass with Quick controls handles ground tackle, including a new Vulcan 33 primary anchor with 135 feet of galvanized chain, plus secondary plow and fluke anchors. The running rigging is in good condition.

Electronics are full-featured with a Raymarine Axiom Pro 9 S multifunction display with registered AIS, p70 autopilot, i60 wind indicator, i60 depth sounder, and Ray55 VHF radio. The boat carries twin 30-amp shore connectors and house batteries, with the new generator providing additional electrical capacity.
