2015 Mondomarine SF40

This 139-foot motor yacht was designed and built by Italian shipyard Mondomarine in 2015. Constructed entirely in aluminum, she combines lightweight construction with substantial volume—one of the most spacious and efficient yachts of her size from the builder. Two MTU 12V2000 M94 diesel engines deliver 2,900 horsepower, reaching a maximum speed of 16.5 knots and cruising at 14.5 knots with a range of 4,500 nautical miles.

The accommodation plan centers on a split-level owner's suite occupying the entire upper deck, featuring panoramic windows and direct access to a private forward deck with sunpad. The suite includes a spa-style bathroom with freestanding bathtub, marble and mosaic details, and an expansive dressing area. Five guest cabins on the lower deck provide accommodation for up to twelve guests, each with distinct color schemes and en-suite bathrooms. Ten heads are distributed throughout the yacht. Crew quarters forward on the lower deck accommodate up to seven crew members, completely separated from guest areas.

The main deck showcases a full-beam saloon and formal dining area surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, with a fireplace dividing the two spaces. A cinema lounge with three large sofas and widescreen television sits on the upper deck adjacent to the owner's suite. The sundeck features a custom Jacuzzi, shaded dining area seating ten, and sun loungers. The main aft deck opens via fold-down bulwarks on both sides, creating a floating terrace. A dedicated beach club and generous swim platform provide ocean access. Interior finishes include rosewood veneer, white Calacatta marble, onyx basin tops, and distinctive elements such as vertical green gardens in select cabins.

This yacht won the World Superyacht Awards in 2016 for semi-displacement three-deck motor yachts over 41 meters and was a finalist in the 2016 Showboats Design Awards for naval architecture.
