2015 Pursuit S 280 Sport

The 2015 Pursuit S 280 Sport is a 28-foot fiberglass sportfish built for fishing and entertaining on the water. Twin Yamaha engines, each producing 250 horsepower, power the boat. The hardtop features a white powder-coated aluminum frame and comes standard with teak accents, overhead storage, interior lighting with three spreader lights, and canvas curtains for the helm area. Clarion stereo with MP3/iPod connectivity and four speakers rounds out the standard audio package.

The helm includes a split leaning post with flip-up bolsters and fixed armrests, allowing operation from seated or standing positions. An aft stern seat with lumbar support cushions folds flat when not in use. The console contains lockable storage and hides the head compartment, which features a holding tank, pump-out, and macerator. An Isotherm stainless steel refrigerator drawer and a molded 140-quart cooler with cushioned stern bench provide cooling and storage for provisions.

Fishing amenities include twin 29-gallon insulated in-deck lockers with pump-out for keeping the catch, a tackle center with removable trays, and a 45-gallon insulated transom fish box. An optional recirculating livewell in the 45-gallon capacity is available. The split-bow seating area has lockable rod storage with padded reel protectors. The raised foredeck carries aggressive non-skid surface for secure footing while boarding or casting.

For water access, the boat features a transom gate and telescoping stainless steel ladder. A freshwater cockpit sprayer allows rinsing off and cleaning gear before reboarding.
