2015 Regal 42 Sport Coupe

The 2015 Regal 42 Sport Coupe is a diesel-powered cruiser built on a fiberglass hull with a full-beam retractable hardtop and walk-through center windshield. Twin Volvo Penta D4 300 hp diesel engines with IPS pod drives deliver a top speed of 30 knots and a cruising speed of 26 knots, with approximately 650 engine hours on record. The boat is equipped with joystick control and trim tabs, supported by comprehensive mechanical service records back to 2021.

The main deck features a helm station with powered captain's seat, a large salon with convertible cockpit layout that transitions between open-air entertaining and enclosed comfort, and a galley with electric stove, microwave convection oven, and grill. The lower salon includes a dinette that converts to a bed and a 36-inch television. Two staterooms provide accommodation: a forward master with queen berth and private head and shower, and an aft stateroom with convertible twin berths. Each cabin includes full climate control via three 16,000 BTU air conditioning units plus a fourth "cool cockpit" unit. A 9 kW diesel generator supplies independent power, backed by new AGM batteries installed in 2024.

Recent upgrades include new engine and IPS service scheduled for 2026, new engine drive belts, new all-chain anchor rode, a new windlass, new salon upholstery and air conditioning unit, AIS, new compass, and new rear camera system. The boat features dual Garmin GPS plotters, Garmin radar, Garmin autopilot for IPS, VHF, AIS, Fusion stereo with Sirius/XM satellite radio, underwater LED lighting, and Bose audio throughout. Electronics also include televisions in the helm, lower salon, and forward stateroom.

The exterior includes a white hull with black bootstripe, twin sun pads on the foredeck with adjustable backrests, a large swim platform with hot and cold shower, underwater lighting, and extensive stainless steel hardware including a windlass, anchor roller, and rub rail. The boat has been stored indoors annually in heated storage and has a bottom repaint history. New custom Verlo mattress was installed in 2025.
