The 2016 Argo 23 is a high-performance catamaran built in fiberglass with an 8-foot beam. Powered by a single Mercury Racing 300R engine producing 300 horsepower, the boat achieves speeds over 100 mph. The engine, installed in 2024, has less than 9 hours of operation and carries Mercury warranty coverage through October 2029. This is the final Argo produced by original designers Penti and Harry Fabritius.
The boat features power hydraulic steering with an external ram mounted on the wingplate and an external hull water pickup. Control options include both hand and foot throttle systems. Navigation and monitoring equipment includes a Garmin GPS and Mercury Vessel View display. A cockpit cover is included, along with a battery tender for storage and maintenance.
The entire boat has been maintained in exceptional condition and stored indoors in a climate-controlled warehouse. All rigging and engine installation were completed by the current owner. An aluminum strongback trailer is included, equipped with a spare tire and gas can racks.
