2016 Aspen C105
About This Yacht
The 2016 Aspen C105 is a 32-foot power catamaran built by Aspen Power Catamarans in the Pacific Northwest. The boat features the builder's patented asymmetrical hull design, engineered for fuel efficiency and reduced environmental impact while delivering approximately 70% greater roll stability than comparable monohulls. With a beam of 10 feet and powered by a single Volvo Penta D3 diesel engine, the C105 cruises at 16 knots and reaches 22 knots, achieving 2 to 2.5 nautical miles per gallon at typical cruising speed.
The accommodations maximize interior volume and usable deck space. The galley is fully equipped with microwave, oven, and refrigeration. The boat includes bow and stern thrusters, an electric windlass with dual anchor rode systems, radar, GPS chartplotter, autopilot, and AIS. A custom extended cockpit roof with full canvas enclosure expands usable interior space during inclement weather or off-season cruising. The hardtop is integral to the design.
Recent investments totaling over $50,000 have modernized critical systems. The engine received a new turbocharger, injectors, and riser. The boat was refitted with a new inverter, upgraded lithium battery system, and fresh bottom paint. Additional systems include a Wallace Diesel Furnace for heating and hot water, solar panels, shore power, and a dinghy package. The engine has approximately 1,144 hours. Maintenance records are available.
