The 2016 Chaparral Vortex 203 VRX is a 21-foot jet boat built on a fiberglass hull. Powered by a Rotax 1.5L high-output engine—the same technology found in aircraft—it delivers smooth, dependable performance without exposed propellers, making it inherently safer for families and younger passengers. The boat features state-of-the-art digital electronics with a color display dash that provides real-time engine monitoring and automatically adjusts settings for water sports like wakeboarding and skiing. Cruise control is included for relaxed cruising.
The cabin layout emphasizes family comfort and entertainment. A U-shaped seating area with an Oasis lounge occupies the forward section, while the stern features rear-facing seats positioned close to the action. An oversized integrated swim platform and wakeboard tower facilitate towing and water sports. Remote radio controls mounted on the swim platform allow you to adjust audio without leaving the water. Interior finishes include snap-in cockpit carpet, hand-stitched vinyl on the dash, and upholstered seating designed for daily use and entertaining.
The engine runs on a closed-loop glycol cooling system, which prevents salt and debris from entering the cooling circuit—no raw water passes through the powerplant, enhancing durability. The boat shows under 150 hours of use and comes with a new battery. A 15-inch black powder-coated trailer is included.
