2016 Cobalt R30

The 2016 Cobalt R30 is a 30-foot fiberglass bowrider built around open-water entertaining and day cruising. Twin Volvo V8 engines producing 760 horsepower power the boat, which operates with notably low engine hours. The design emphasizes spacious cockpit layout through Cobalt's "Free Space Reclamation" technique, combining flexible seating arrangements with extensive storage throughout. Convertible cockpit seating can be oriented forward or aft, gathered around a teak table, or transformed into lounging configurations with filler cushions. A sunpad spanning the aft section accommodates multiple passengers.

Below deck, a head compartment serves dual purpose as a changing room. An electric actuated swim platform lowers to water level for easy water access. The helm features a glass cockpit design with integrated Garmin navigation screens providing full visibility of systems and route information.

Equipment includes joystick steering control for simplified maneuvering, a windlass, hydraulic swim platform, JL Audio sound system, and a Vacuflush head system. The boat's condition reflects regular maintenance appropriate to its low running hours.
