The 2016 Cobalt R30 is a 30-foot fiberglass bowrider built on Cobalt's acclaimed open-bow platform. Powered by twin 6.2L MerCruiser engines with Axius joystick control, the R30 combines performance with thoughtful cockpit design. Cobalt's "Free Space Reclamation" technique maximizes usable seating and storage throughout the boat, making it the largest in the BR Series.
The open layout centers on a highly flexible cockpit that adapts to your day on the water—lounge seating can be arranged forward or aft, gather around the teak-trimmed table, or use filler cushions to create an expansive couch. An aft sunpad accommodates four, while an electrically actuated swim platform lowers nearly flush with the water. The starboard side includes a head compartment that functions as a changing room. Forward seating capitalizes on the bow's open design with elegant options throughout.
At the helm, a glass cockpit with Garmin screens displays navigation and system information. The boat carries twin batteries with selector switch, trim tabs, depth and speed gauges, a depth sounder with chartplotter, autopilot, and VHF radio. Cabin systems include a VacuFlush head with holding tank and shore power connections.
The boat comes equipped with a 2013 Trailmaster trailer, cockpit and bow covers, life jackets, an anchor with windlass, boat hook, fire extinguisher, flare kit, docklines, first aid kit, manuals for engine and boat, and a stereo with Bluetooth connectivity.
