The Good Hope 56 is a custom expedition sailing yacht built for long-range cruising in demanding waters. Her aluminium hull, lifting keel, and kick-up rudder are engineered for secure passage through remote and challenging environments. Designed as a pilothouse sloop, she combines robust seakeeping qualities with the comfort systems needed for extended blue water voyaging—superior insulation, heating, and self-sufficient systems throughout.
Accommodation spans three separate sleeping cabins with berths for up to eight. The layout centres on a social pilothouse with panoramic views, a well-equipped galley, and an interior lounge fitted with a Reflex heater. On deck, a sheltered cockpit provides a comfortable working and relaxation space. This arrangement balances expedition capability with liveable comfort for families or small crews on extended voyages.
The yacht was built to stringent safety standards and previously held MECAL Category 0 certification, qualifying her for unrestricted ocean operation. She arrives with a Bombard Commando C3 inflatable tender and a 2022 Yamaha 9.9hp outboard engine for tender duties.
