This 2016 Cutwater C-28 LE is a 32-foot fiberglass cruiser built on the brand's stepped-hull design for efficiency and smooth handling. Powered by a Volvo Penta D4-260 diesel engine, the boat cruises at 16–20 knots and reaches 28 knots at full throttle. Bow and stern thrusters, electric trim tabs, and hydraulic steering make maneuvering straightforward in tight quarters. The fuel tank holds 100 gallons, supporting extended cruising range.

The cabin layout centers on comfort and liveability. Forward is a convertible V-berth in the master stateroom, with a tucked-in mid-berth for guests or storage. The galley is equipped with a propane stove and oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. A full head includes an electric flush toilet, hot and cold shower, and glass sink. Interior finishes feature teak-and-holly sole and satin cabinetry throughout.
